Effective Date: 1st September 2025 

This Returns & Refunds Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which I, Luis Garza an individual carrying on business from Fullerton, California (“I”, “me”, or “my”), accept returns and handle refund requests for repair services and products purchased through my website www.TheGlovePope.com (the “Website”).

 

By purchasing products or repair services from the Website, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy forms part of the contractual relationship between us and must be read together with my Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. 

 

1. Glove Repairs 

1.1 All repair work performed is deemed final once completed and returned to you. 
1.2 If you are dissatisfied with the workmanship of the repair, you must notify me in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of your repaired glove. 
1.3 Upon receipt of your notice, I shall, in my sole discretion, evaluate the workmanship and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to rectify the issue. 
1.4 For the avoidance of doubt, refunds shall not be provided in respect of completed repair work, except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation. 

 

2. Products (Cleaner, Conditioner, Accessories) 

2.1 Returns shall be accepted only in respect of unused, unopened, and undamaged products returned in their original condition and packaging. 
2.2 You must initiate a return request within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery. 
2.3 The Customer shall be solely responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs originally paid at checkout are non-refundable. 
2.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, I shall process a refund of the purchase price, less any applicable fees, to the original method of payment. 

 

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items 

3.1 The following items and services are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable: 
(a) any used products; 
(b) any custom work, including but not limited to custom laces, glove break-ins, and dyed gloves; 
(c) any product which has been altered, damaged, or used after delivery. 

3.2 For the avoidance of doubt, return requests relating to the above categories shall be refused. 

 

4. Condition of Returned Items 

4.1 Returned items must be shipped securely and with adequate protective packaging. 
4.2 I shall not be liable for any items that are lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit. Customers are strongly encouraged to use trackable shipping methods when sending items back. 

 

5. Refund Processing 

5.1 Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable period following inspection and acceptance of the returned product. 
5.2 Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. 

 

6. Consumer Rights 

Nothing in this Policy shall operate to limit or exclude your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in Canada, including, where applicable, rights under the British Columbia Sale of Goods Act and related legislation. 

 

7. Amendments 

I reserve the right to amend this Policy from time to time. Any updated version shall be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Continued purchases following publication of an amended Policy shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
